Processing Time

All Wildwood Gift Co. products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be crafted and quality-checked before it ships. Orders placed Friday–Sunday begin production the following Monday.

Custom or personalized orders are processed immediately — please double-check your customization details before purchasing, as changes cannot be made once production begins.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days from order date.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery address.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or undelivered, contact us within 45 days of your order date and we will make it right. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for full details.
